Well
my journey came abruptly. A week ago today I found out I got a job and had to
(if I still wanted it) I had to start today! I was still currently employed in
Houston with the most amazing company I have ever had the chance to work for,
when I had to go talk to my boss Scott and last week would be my final week. I
somehow (with the help from my wonderful parents) moved my entire life minus my
bedroom furniture to New Jersey. As a girl from the south and who hates being
stressed it has been a culture shock for me to travel 1600 miles to 18-degree
weather. One thing that helped is that I was here just two weeks ago for my
birthday and that was nice because I got to see the area and my hubby and I ran
around town and spent some time together so that has helped out a lot.
Now
that I’m here I feel it is time I really start this blog! It was going to be
about my journey of getting up to New Jersey and about being a military wife.
It has transitioned to setting up the house our house and getting my life
rolling in a new place. I’ll miss my home state, town, friends and family very
much but I’m a 3-hour plane ride away and will be there (hopefully) in a month
for our wedding shower!
I
hope this blog helps out more military wives and wives that have to travel
besides just me! Stay in contact with comments and messages and I’ll be sure to
get this up and rolling with at least one post a week!
Always,
A.B.
My Husband and Myself (I would do anything for him and love him so very much.. I'll tell y'all our story one of these days.)
